The elasticity of the blade, the inertia during rotation and its vibration frequency characteristic curve are normal, and the load transmitted to the whole power generation system has good stability. It is not allowed to pull down and fly out under the action of centrifugal force under the condition of runaway (runaway), nor to break under the action of wind pressure, nor to generate strong resonance that causes the whole wind turbine set within the range below the runaway speed.

3. The material of blades must ensure smooth surface to reduce wind resistance, and rough surface will also be "torn" by wind;

4. Strong electromagnetic wave interference and light reflection shall not be generated;

6. Good corrosion resistance, ultraviolet radiation and lightning strike performance;

We can provide glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) blades: reinforced plastic made of epoxy resin, unsaturated resin and other plastics infiltrated with glass fibers or carbon fibers with different lengths. The reinforced plastic has high strength, light weight and aging resistance. The surface can be coated with glass fiber and epoxy resin. Other parts are filled with foam plastic. The main function of foam in the blade is to reduce the quality of the blade while ensuring its stability, so that the blade can meet the stiffness and increase the wind catching area.

We can also provide carbon fiber composite blades With the development of wind power industry, the requirements for blades are getting higher and higher. Stiffness is also a very important index for blades. Research shows that the stiffness of carbon fiber (CF) composite blades is two to three times that of FRP composite blades. Although the performance of carbon fiber composites is much better than that of glass fiber composites, the price is higher.
